A nineteenth century flow blue willow pattern plate with the makers mark H. & K. in a ribbon on the reverse. 
The very rare hexagonal design and ornate saucer impression suggests it was an underplate for a tureen. This unique shape would add instant interest to a gallery wall or shelf.
