This vintage green glass flower frog is marked "Made in England" on the back. It also has what appears to be a makers name, although I can't read it!
It glows under 365 but not 395 UV and it's therefore manganese rather than uranium glass. It does, however, have a true vintage green colour and would look good as a decor piece, penholder or paperweight.
